Mindfulness Meditation for the Frontlines
Effectively and sustainably engaging in the world requires a presence of mind and a capacity to stay with complexity, especially when so much feels at stake. Each month, this vibrant community of front-line workers come together to share experience and to practice holding space through guided meditation.
Mindfulness Meditation for the Frontlines meets online every Friday (9 January- 3 July 2026) from 12:30-13:00 (CET). Each session opens with a moment to share, update and ask questions, and is followed by a 20-minute guided mindfulness meditation.
The sessions are led by Claudia Seymour, qualified mindfulness meditation teacher (MMTCP 2025).
